Tenancy

Simple PG & tenancy management for everyday business owners.

Manage tenants, rooms and rent in one place — and send invoices and updates on WhatsApp. Built for PG owners and property businesses.

Tenancy (formerly PGConnect) started because we saw a real business problem: PG and hostel owners juggling notebooks, spreadsheets and dozens of WhatsApp chats just to know who stays where and who has paid.

So we built the solution ourselves — an app that feels as easy as WhatsApp, so any owner or manager can start using it on day one without training.
